Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is parking available for check-in on-site and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There is a large common room with pool table, snooker table, TV, vending machines and a foosball table.

Laundry facilities
There is one laundry room. Laundry machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
There is a grassed area with benches.

Parking
Parking is available at an additional charge. Please contact the property team for more information.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at The Holt. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 1.30pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the front of the building.
