Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's limited parking available for check-in and you can unload belongings for 40 minutes.If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Harry French Hall, Ashby Road, LE11 3AE.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

There are two laundry rooms Laundry machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

There are extensive grounds with benches and a wildlife garden.

Parking is available at an additional charge. Please contact the property team for more information.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at William Morris Halls. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 1pm and your fire assembly point is located at the car park.
