What happens if my guarantor doesn’t accept the agreement?
A guarantor is required for all customers who book directly with us. If your guarantor does not accept the agreement, your booking will expire and you could lose your room. If your guarantor has not received their tenancy email we recommend they double check their inbox, junk and spam folders for the email address that was provided when the booking was made.
