What happens if nobody is at reception when I check-out?

You can check-out on the MyUnite App, just fill-in the check-out envelope and leave it in the key-return box at reception. If you cannot use the digital check-out in the App, you must get in touch to tell us you’re leaving, and make sure you’ve followed the instructions on the check-out envelope.
