If I have to self-isolate and am struggling to cope, can I go home?

If you need support, remember that our Student Services team is available to support students for whom there are welfare related concerns. If you would like to access this support you should contact your property team in the first instance who will put you in touch with one of our Welfare Leads. Your University will also have its own student support services that you can access, so you can explore this option with your university.
In the case where more immediate help is needed, students should call our Emergency Contact Centre where they can receive immediate advice. Our emergency contact centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0300 303 1611. In the case of an emergency where there is a serious incident or a risk to life, students should contact 999 emergency services straight away.
