What happens if I need to delay my arrival due to Covid-19?

If you need to change a check-in slot booked through the MyUnite app, you can do this in the app up to 24 hours before your arrival day.

More information on changing your check-in slot in the app can be found here. If you booked your check-in slot via email with your property team, you will need to contact them directly to rearrange this.
