Who will support my student during their stay?

Everybody who works at your student's Unite Students home is there to help them settle in, keep them safe and secure, and give them some support whenever they need it.

This includes our reception and maintenance teams, who keep our homes running throughout the day, and our safety teams who work around the clock to ensure your student's safety.

We have at least one welfare lead in every Unite Students city who has received special-training including mental health first aid. The welfare leads are supported by a dedicated Student Services & Wellbeing team who have extensive knowledge and experience in the challenges of student life, combined with close working relationships with our university partners. Ensuring that the right level of support can be accessed for the student.
