I completed the check-in tasks in the app but now there's a cross in the list. What should I do?
A new feature was added to the check-in section of the MyUnite app on 24th August 2020. This feature allows you to upload your photo ID to the app in advance, speeding up the check-in process on the day you move in.
If you have previously completed your check-in process but have not uploaded an ID, you may now see a cross in your list of check-in tasks. Simply open up this task and upload your photo ID to complete your check-in task list.
