What happens after I check out?
We’ll inspect your room and any communal areas within one week, and will compare their condition to the details on your check-in report.
If we have to clean, remove items that have been left behind, or make repairs, we could charge you and your former flatmates. We will contact you by email if that’s the case.
If you paid advance rent at the start of your tenancy, we put this toward your first rent instalment. It wasn’t a deposit, so we won’t return it to you when you check out. If we have to charge you for damage, cleaning or left items, the email we send will contain an invoice and instructions for how to pay.
