When will I get my deposit back?
Most of our bookings do not require a deposit, but if you did pay a deposit to Unite Students, it will be returned to the bank account which made the initial payment within 28 days after your tenancy end date.
If you have any questions about a deposit you paid to your University, then you must get in touch with your University directly.
