What should I do if I'm self-isolating but have a maintenance issue?

You should log all maintenance requests as normal using the MyUnite app.

Please note that while you are self-isolating we will only respond to urgent maintenance requests. When your period of self-isolation is over, maintenance requests will be responded to within normal timeframes.
