Why can't I see all the MyUnite app features advertised on your website?
The app features available will depend on your property, room type, and whether you have checked in.
All customers will have access to uChat ahead of checking in. However, access to checking in through the app will depend on your property.
Once you have checked in to your property, your app menu will update to show more features, including Parcels, Maintenance, Locked out and Noise complaints. If your app menu doesn't update straightaway, log out and back into the app.
