I am due a refund from Unite Students. How will this be processed?
The way that we process refunds depends on how you’ve paid your rent during your tenancy. If you pay by a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, your refund will be processed back to the card that was used for your payment.
If you pay by bank transfer or direct debit, we’ll need you to provide your bank details so we can process your refund. In the past, to process your refund, we’d ask you to send us your bank details via email.
However, we have now partnered with NatWest Payit to make it quick, secure and easy for us to send money straight to your bank account. Payit is provided by NatWest, but the great news is you do not have to be a NatWest customer to use it. You can select which bank account you would like the money to be credited to using OpenBanking.
