I’ve chosen my preferred arrival time in the app but need to change to it - can I do this?
Yes. You can change your arrival time by clicking on your check-in summary and selecting ‘edit’. You’ll then be able to choose a new timeslot.
You don't need to let us know if you're just running a few hours late, but as your time slot is mandatory it may mean you have to wait until we can safely welcome you to the property later on in the day. If you’ll be arriving on a different day, please update your arrival details in the MyUnite app.
You should not change your time slot the day before you arrive or on the day of arrival to ensure your property team has time to confirm your timeslot - please make sure you plan accordingly.
