How do I look after myself and others at university?

We know student life isn’t always stress-free, and we’re here to help. From managing your work-life balance to mindfulness and staying connected to others, we’ve got resources to support your wellbeing at university.

We have partnered with Health Assured to provide you with a dedicated Student Wellbeing helpline and app, available to all residents.

Staff are also available to listen when needed and can signpost you to appropriate services and to university services.
