How do I raise a maintenance request in the Unite Students app?

From time to time, you might experience a fault with your room or flat, and need to get it fixed.

You can quickly submit a request through the Maintenance Request feature by letting us know where the issue is, what is it, what’s wrong with it and adding a description of the issue. You’ll receive updates on the status of your request, so you know it’s being sorted.

If you're not receiving notifications from the app, make sure you have them enabled in Settings.

If you’re having difficulty sending your maintenance request, please contact us at studentmobileappsupport@unitestudents.com. This inbox is monitored Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. If you have an urgent maintenance issue and are unable to send your request through the app, speak with us at reception.
