How do I delete my Unite Students account?

You can request the closure of your entire Unite Studnets online account by either:

• Going to Account -> Settings -> Manage account -> Close my Unite Students account within the app, or
• Emailing studentmobileappsupport@unitestudents.com quoting 'Close my Unite Students account'

Please note, you cannot close your account if you’re still in tenancy or have outstanding rent payments.
When you close your account, data stored in the app will be removed unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
Your app account will also be deleted. You’ll also lose your access to your account on our website.
