I am locked out of my room, flat or building. Can I let someone know through the app?

Yes.

If you can’t see anybody inside the building, you can raise a lockout request in the Unite Students App, which will connect you directly to our team.

We’ll send a member of our Service and Safety team to let you in - no matter what time it is.
