I am locked out of my room, flat or building. Can I let someone know through the app?

Yes. You can raise a locked out request in the MyUnite app, which will connect you directly to the Emergency Control Centre if you are locked out.

Tell us if you’re locked out and we’ll send a member of our Service and Safety team to let you in - no matter what time it is.
