Studying at LSE? Sidney Webb House is exclusively for you. Located between Southwark and Borough Underground stations, it’s just 25 minutes by bus from the LSE campus at Aldwych - or a 45-minute walk.
Named after the British socialist and LSE co-founder, Sidney Webb House is home to 452 students. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and most are arranged in cluster flats, where you share your kitchen and lounge with flatmates. There are a few studios available if you’d prefer to live independently.
There’s a large common room on the lower ground floor, with lots of sofas and comfy chairs, and two TVs. It also has two pool tables, a cinema room with Fatboy bean bags, a gym, and a separate area for study. This room opens onto a huge outdoor courtyard.
Sidney Webb House is in a great Zone 1 location just 15 minutes’ walk from London Bridge. Take advantage of the great transport links to explore the city, or enjoy the incredible food and drink on offer at nearby Borough Market. For more everyday food needs, there’s a Lidl supermarket just 10 minutes’ walk away.
