To connect your console, Smart TV or other device to the internet in your accommodation, you need to associate (link up) the MAC address of the device to your Glide account.

(You don't need to add computers, smartphones or tablets as associated devices)

The MAC address is a unique, 12-character code.

Finding the MAC address

Here's how to find the MAC address of your Xbox 360 or Xbox One...

And here's how to find it on a PlayStation3 or PS4...

Smart TVs normally have the MAC address printed on a sticker or will be available through the settings menus.

Connecting your device

  • Log into your Glide Account
  • Select 'Manage Devices'
  • Add the MAC address
  • You can remove the colons (:) or dashes (-)
  • Reboot your device
  • It can take up to an hour for the changes to update

For more help and info, visit Glide support or speak to the reception team in your building.
