4 reasons why our students love Aberdeen

Aberdeen Dolphine Spotting

Dolphin Spotting

Dolphins are regularly spotted off the shores of Aberdeen. Take a dolphin cruise from the Aberdeenshire harbour and you might just see one up close!
Aberdeen Stonehaven

The popular harbourside town of Stonehaven is just a short distance from Aberdeen. With the spectacular Dunmottar Castle, a heated Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool and legendary Aunt Betty's ice cream shop - it's not a place to be missed!

Culture vultures are spoiled for choice with a vast range of museums on offer to explore. Our favourites include the Aberdeen Art Gallery, the Tolbooth Museum and Provost Skene's House.
Aberdeen Football Club

Visit Pittodrie, home of Aberdeen FC. They compete in the Scottish Premier League having won four league titles and seven Scottish Cups, including a record three-in-a-row during the 1980s, the only time a team other than Rangers has done this since 1882.

Aberdeen Student Life

Follow Aberdeen uni students Hollie and Becca as they take us around their favourite spots in Aberdeen, and find out what it’s really like to live as a student in the silver city with golden sands.
