Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception and you'll have a key to access your flat and postbox, and a fob for all communal spaces.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is parking available for check-in on site and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 60 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
Located in the middle of the property, the common room has two floors and an external area. It includes a TV, pool table, ping pong table and plenty of space to relax in.

Gym
Located to the right of the main entrance, the gym is equipped with cardio machines and is available to use from 7am - 8pm at no extra charge.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in the central area of the property grounds. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a courtyard with benches located outside of the common room.

Parking
There is parking available at the property - free of charge for residents only. Visitors and guests must be pre-agreed by the site team.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Clarence Dock Village and there are two options available. If you wish to use an internal bike store with a bike lock included you will be charged a small fee for the key and lock. If you wish to use our external bike area, you can do so free of charge but please use your own lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling are available at Clarence Dock Village in a secured bin store.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 11am. Your fire assembly point is located in the car park area outside Block F.
