Spring Gardens is in an ideal location for making the most of your time in Aberdeen. It’s just a five minute walk to the city centre for shopping, entertainment, and eating out. And a 15 minute walk to the beach, with its fairground and cinema complex – plus there are convenient local shops and takeaways right on your doorstep. There are several bus stops a short walk from the property providing easy links to the universities, and Aberdeen College can be found directly across the road.

Facilities at Spring Gardens

Reception is open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.
Common room
Spring Gardens has a common room with a widescreen TV, sofas for chilling out and a study area, as well as free scanning and copying facilities. An Xbox can be borrowed from reception.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry room is located by reception in block 56. Machines are operated with the Unite Students Laundry app.
Outside Space
Spring Gardens has a patio area with a BBQ, benches and table tennis perfect for meeting up with friends – weather permitting!
Parking is available at Spring Gardens. You can book a space with the team at reception at the time of booking or after you arrive and parking is paid for each term at £10 per week. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at Spring Gardens – if you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
General waste, mixed waste and food waste recycling are all disposed of at Spring Gardens.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 11:30am. There are 3 fire assembly points at Spring Gardens - 2 at the car park and 1 next to block 66. 
Key Type
You will be met at reception where you will receive your key card on arrival, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Important information for check-in day at Spring Gardens

Where do I collect my key?

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key card.

Where can I park and unload my car?

Parking is located on site for drop off at check-in with a maximum stay of 15 to 20 minutes. Customers are asked to unload and then move their car to the 3 hour maximum stay Morrisons car park just a few minutes walk away.

When can I move into Spring Gardens?

You can move in at any point between the start of your tenancy and up to four weeks later. Got an Android or iOS phone? Tell us when you plan to arrive in the free MyUnite app.
Download the app, select Check-in day from the main menu, and choose your preferred date and time. Not sure when your tenancy starts? Your start date is displayed in the app as you go through this process.
Need to change your arrival date or time? Just go back to the app and edit your choices. And don't worry if you get delayed on moving day, we’ll get you settled whenever you arrive.
