Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

When you arrive, you'll be shown to the courtyard. Here you'll receive a key card on arrival at the property, which you can collect from the key collection point in the courtyard. This will give you access to your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There is a spacious common room with separate study room, plus relaxation and study areas. The common room also features a TV area, football table, pool table and vending machines.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block A on the ground floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
Purbeck House has a courtyard with a BBQ spot, table tennis and benches. There is also a smoking shelter for smokers.

Parking
Unfortunately, there is no parking available at Purbeck House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Purbeck House in our courtyard. If you're planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. Bike storage is accessed through a punch code lock.

Recycling
There are general waste, mixed recycling and glass recycling facilities located in the courtyard. Each bin is clearly marked by use.

We also have British Heart Foundation charity and food bank donation points - please keep an eye out for these in the main reception and common room areas.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 1pm and your fire assembly point is across Oxford Road.
