Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes table tennis, a TV, vending machine, study area and a quiet room, and is located on the ground floor of B block, to the right of reception, through the door.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located opposite reception on the right of the building entrance. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a courtyard area with seating located at the centre of the building. This can be accessed via the door next to the B block stairs, just past reception.

Parking
There is no parking available on-site.

Bike storage
The bike storage is located through reception, past the two doors into the courtyard, down the stairs to the bin stores, and on your right hand side next to the car park. You will need additional access for the bike store - please speak with the reception team.

Recycling
The recycling facilities are located through reception, past the two doors into the courtyard and down the stairs.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside the Highland pub.
