Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room. You will also receive a second fob which can be used to access the communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 20 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a TV, table tennis and a pool table. There is also a study room.

Study space
The study space can be found in the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry can be accessed from the enclosed courtyard. You will need to download the Circuit Plus app to operate the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with seating for you to hang out in.

Parking
Parking is available at Newarke Point. Contact your property team for more information.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Newarke Point. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are available at Newarke Point. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday between 12pm - 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located at Newarke Close across from the car port.
