St Martin’s House is on Kings Street, only five minutes from De Montfort University and 10 minutes from the University of Leicester. Just on the doorstep is St Martin’s Square, a vibrant and quirky collection of independent shops, providing a unique shopping experience. St Martin’s House is also less than five minutes from the city centre, where there’s a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops.

Our friendly reception will be open Monday - Friday between 10:30am - 6pm.
Common Room
The common room includes a TV and football table.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
There are 5 parking spaces available at St Martin's House. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities or your University for on campus parking.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at St Martin's House – if you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
The bin store is located at the top of the car park.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located on King Street.
Key Type
You will receive a fob on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where do I collect my key?

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key fob.

Where can I park and unload my car?

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at St Martin's House on check-in day. However, we will have maps available showing details of all local car parks.

When can I move in?

You can move in at any point between the start of your tenancy and up to four weeks later. Got an Android or iOS phone? Tell us when you plan to arrive in the free MyUnite app.
Download the app, select Check-in day from the main menu, and choose your preferred date and time. Not sure when your tenancy starts? Your start date is displayed in the app as you go through this process.
Need to change your arrival date or time? Just go back to the app and edit your choices. And don't worry if you get delayed on moving day, we’ll get you settled whenever you arrive.
