Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive your key fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas. You will receive a separate key for your post box.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in, but you can unload belongings in the loading bay in front of the building for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There are several common areas close to reception. Our common areas have lots of comfortable seating, TVs, vending machines, a pool table and table tennis. There is also a cinema room on the ground floor.

Study room
There are three study spaces within the building. You'll find two large areas on the ground floor, as well as a quiet study located on the 8th floor, which boasts city views.

Gym
The gym is also located on the ground floor and has lots of different equipment, including a treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine and free weights.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is an internal courtyard area with seating and landscaped gardens, as well as our large ground floor courtyard.

Parking
The closest multi-story is at The Gate complex. Customer parking is not available.

Bike storage
There is a bike storage facility located at level -1.

Recycling
The bin store is on level -1. Recycling bins are provided in each flat.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day and time is Wednesday at 12pm. Your fire assembly points are located in the ground floor courtyard and the top of Bigg Market Street.
