Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your Key Card on arrival at the property. You can use this to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 1 hour. There are also small loading bay spaces in front of Trafalgar Hall that can be used for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor next to the reception desk. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Parking
There is no parking available at Trafalgar Hall.

Bike storage
The bike store is located on the ground floor of the building and can be accessed from the street. It is located around the back of the building by the bin shed. A key/pass will be required for access. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Trafalgar Hall. The recycling bins are located in the bin shed at the back of the building.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 10.30am. Your fire assembly point is located at the Eldon Building opposite the front doors.
