Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a large flat screen TV, sofas and a pool table.

Laundry facilities
Laundry facilities are available at The Anvil. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
There is a small courtyard at the front of the building.

Parking
Car parking is limited and must be pre-booked either for the year or per term. Please ring reception over the summer for prices. You will be placed on a waiting list, as parking spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at The Anvil. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at The Anvil.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located opposite the front entrance of the property.
