Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob and key on arrival at the property. The fob will give you access to the communal areas and your room, the key will be for your post box.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 20 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
Located on the ground floor and available 24/7, the common room includes a gaming area with table tennis, TV room and plenty of space to relax in. Playstation controllers and table tennis bats need to be signed out from reception.

Study space
There is a study space on the ground floor which can be used 24/7.

Gym
The gym is located on the ground floor and is available to use 24/7 at no extra charge. To use it you will need to sign out a gym key - you can do this at reception.

Laundry facilities
There are three laundry rooms at Orion Point. One located on the ground floor of A Block, the second located on the first floor of B Block and the third on the fifth floor of C Block. You can do your laundry via the Circuit Plus app.

Parking
Limited spaces are available at an additional cost - please speak directly with the Orion Point team for further details.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Orion Point, located at the back of B Block. You can access the bike storage using a fob. You can register your bike with us at reception. Don’t forget to bring a D-lock or a chain for the most secure way of storing your bike.

Recycling
General waste and general recycling are disposed of in seperate bins in the bin stores at Orion Point. These are internal bin stores - one located in B Block (serving both A and B Blocks) as well as a seperate internal bin store in C Block. There is also a bottle bank, to the left of the Block C entrance for glass recycling.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 3pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the building entrance.
