Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room. You will also receive a second fob which can be used to access the communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a TV and foosball.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor. You will need to download the Circuit Plus app to operate the laundry machines.

Parking
There are five parking spaces available at St Martin's House. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities or talk to your university for on-campus parking.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at St Martin's House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
The bin store is located at the top of the car park.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located on King Street.
