What information will be shared with NatWest?

In order to complete your refund, we will share your name, email address, customer number, phone number and amount to be refunded with NatWest. This information is securely uploaded into the NatWest Payit portal and will not be used for anything other than contacting you about and processing your refund. As this is a NatWest service, they will be the controller of any data you share. If you do not wish to use this service to get your refund, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative method of payment for you.
