We ask you to complete your inventory carefully when you move in, as this helps us keep a record of the condition of your room.
If you forgot to report something, don’t worry - we also complete our own room checks and will review these before applying any damage charges.
If you notice any damage before you check out, please let your Property Team know so they can update their records.
