I'm having trouble connecting to the internet. What should I do?

If you’re having difficulty connecting, try the following:

  • Clear your browsing history, cookies and cache

  • Forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect

  • Turn off your firewall

    (remember to turn it back on once you’re connected)

If you’re still unable to connect, or you think your internet is down, contact your internet provider directly.
