Our properties have a range of security measures in place, but there are a few simple things you can do to help keep yourself and your belongings safe:
Don't let anyone tailgate behind you. Everyone should use their own key, fob or access card to enter the building. If you notice someone tailgating, contact us or speak to your reception team.
Always lock your room and flat door, even if you're only leaving for a few minutes. Your contents insurance may depend on it.
Know where your emergency call point is. You'll find one outside every property. It's there if you need help and can't access the building or contact us another way.
Report anything that doesn't feel right. If you have any safety concerns, speak to your reception team or contact us. Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you're on the ground floor, close and lock your windows whenever you leave your room.
