I've selected my preferred arrival time in the app but I'm going to be late. Do I need to let you know?

If you’re only running a few hours late, you don’t need to let us know but as your timeslot is mandatory it may mean you have to wait a while until we can safely welcome you to the property.

If you’ll be arriving on a different day, please edit your arrival time by clicking on your check-in summary and selecting ‘edit’. You’ll then be able to choose a new timeslot.

Please note you should not change your timeslot the day before you arrive or on the day of arrival to ensure that your property team has time to confirm your timeslot.

If you're running late and reception isn’t open when you arrive, please call our Emergency Control Centre team on 0300 303 1611 and we’ll send a member of the team to meet you.
