Once you’re in the app, tap Get Started read through the information and tap Continue. Next, you’ll be taken to a page where you can select your arrival date and time. Tap OK and confirm your arrival time. You’ll be given a QR code and a customer ID number which you’ll need to show on arrival.
Some properties manage check-in differently. If your property is not signed up to the digital check-in feature in the app, you’ll receive a notification shortly after your first log in to let you know your check-in is different. In this case, keep an eye on your email inbox where instructions for check-in will be sent directly from your property team or university.
