My preferred arrival time/day is greyed out. What does this mean?
When a date or time is greyed out in the check-in feature within the MyUnite app, this means that check-in slots are no longer available for this time.
It's important that you book a check-in slot to ensure that everyone can move into their property safely while adhering to the government's social distancing measures. If you can't find a slot for your preferred time we ask that you be flexible and choose another.
