You and your flatmates are responsible for leaving the kitchen clean and empty when you check out.
Before you leave, make sure you agree who will clear the cupboards, fridge and freezer so everyone can share the responsibility.
If any food or belongings are left behind, we’ll need to arrange for them to be removed and a charge may apply. Any charge will be split equally between everyone in the flat, including you.
If you’re the last person to leave, please decide what to do with any food left behind. You could take it with you, donate it to a food bank, or dispose of it responsibly.
