You and your flatmates are all responsible for leaving shared areas, including the kitchen, clean and empty when you check out.
We recommend planning your check-out together so everyone can share the cleaning responsibilities and make sure cupboards, fridges and freezers are emptied.
If a flatmate leaves without helping, you can choose to clean the kitchen yourself. However, any cleaning charges for shared areas will apply to everyone in the flat, including you.
