Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob and key on arrival at the property. You can use the the fob to access the site, your block and your flat, while the key will give you access to your room.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
Reception is located at the front entrance to the site.

Common area
Located by the main entrance to the building, The Hub includes a TV and plenty of space to relax in.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room located to the side of The Hub. Machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and require a top-up card, which can be bought from the card machine located in the laundry room.

Outside space
There is plenty of open space on-site as well as a courtyard area with benches.

Parking
There are parking spaces available on-site on a first come, first served basis - you will need to apply for this before arriving with us. These are charged at £19 per week. We have no visitor parking but are happy to provide details of local car parks.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Atlantic Point with shelters provided around the site. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste, mixed waste and food waste recycling are all disposed of at Atlantic Point in secured bin stores. We have 5 stores situated around the site for your use which are clearly signposted. Please familiarise yourself with these after your check in.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is currently Monday at 10am; you will be notified beforehand if this changes. Your fire assembly point can be found on the back of your flat door.
