Where do I collect my key?
You will be met at reception, where you will receive your key card and key on arrival at the property. You can use the key card to access the communal areas and your flat / studio. The metal key will give you access to your room.
Where can I park and unload my car?
There is no designated parking at Bridgewater Heights, you will need to find a local car park or road to park on and unload your belongings. Pay & Display parking is available on Great Marlborough Street.
When can I move in?
You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.
