Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob. You can use your fob to access the front door, your room and kitchen.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no parking available on-site. You can find parking at several locations in the city centre, in the car park on Glassford Street or on Miller Street and Queen Street. You may prefer to bring all your belongings directly into reception from Miller Street and then move them up to your room gradually.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room located in the basement. Machines are operated through the Circuit laundry app.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Merchant City House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. Bikes are stored outside the entrance.

General waste, mixed waste and food waste recycling are all disposed of at Merchant City House in the secured bin store, which can be found in the basement. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points and food banks. Look out for these in our laundry room and reception.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday between 9 - 10am. Your fire assembly point is located on Miller Street.
