Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and key fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room features a TV, a pool table, foosball, a sofa area, study zone, vending machines and a printing service.

Study space
There is a small study area available in the common room.

Laundry facilities
Laundry facilities are available at New Medlock House. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus laundry app.

Outside space
There is a decked area with benches.

Parking
There is no parking available at New Medlock House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at New Medlock House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at New Medlock House.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located across the road opposite the entrance.
