Common area
There are two common rooms at Sir Charles Groves Hall. The main common room is located in C Block, next to reception and includes a TV, pool table, football table, vending machine and plenty of space to relax in. The second common room is in E Block and has a TV - this room is mainly used by RNCM students to rehearse and practice in.
Study space
There is a study space available next to the common room in C Block.
Laundry facilities
There are two laundry rooms at Sir Charles Groves Hall. One is located in C Block and the other is in F Block. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundy and you can top-up via the Circuit Laundry app.
Outside space
There is a central courtyard with seating and a marquee.
Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Sir Charles Groves Hall.
Bike storage
Bike storage at Sir Charles Groves Hall is available to students from the Royal Northern Music College only. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided at Sir Charles Groves Hall.
Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday between 2pm - 3pm. Your fire assembly point is located adjacent to the RNCM car park.
