Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

On arrival, you will be greeted at the reception by a member of staff, where you will receive your key card to your room. Your key will give you access to your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is on-site parking with a 15-20 minute drop-off service that can be used on check-in day. As parking is limited, we ask that once you've unloaded your belongings, you move your car to the 3 hour maximum stay at Morrisons car park just a few minutes walk away.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

We’ll send you further information on checking into The Old Fire Station soon.
