Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a metal room key and key card on arrival at the property. You will also recieve a post-box key - the post-boxes are located at each block entrance.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking on-site for unloading. There are pay and display car parks near the property at the Merrion Centre and Woodhouse Lane.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
Sky Plaza and The Plaza share the same Reception which is located in B Block on the ground floor.

Common room
The common area on the ground floor in B Block Plaza comprises a cinema room with a large TV, lending library and games area with pool tables and a ping pong table.

Study space
There is a large study area on the first floor of B Block, with bookable private study rooms and a kitchen area to make yourself a revision snack.

Gym
There is a small on-site gym with weights and cardio machines. This is located past reception on the left.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor of B block to the left of the building entrance. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
The Plaza has a courtyard area with BBQ, perfect for the outside activities we arrange There is also an on-site supermarket.

Parking
There is no-on site parking available at The Plaza. Local parking is available at Merrion Centre, First Direct Leeds Arena and Woodhouse Lane.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Sky Plaza. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. The bike storage is located at the back of block D.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at The Plaza, located in the bin store outside block B through the tunnel and also outside between block C and block D.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday. Your fire assembly point is located Queens Square.
