Reception
The reception can be found on the 5th floor.

Common area
Located on the 5th floor opposite reception, the common room at Ty Pont Haearn includes a TV, study booths, vending machine and plenty of space to relax in.

Study space
There are study booths located in the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the 5th floor. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and you can top-up by purchasing a pre-paid card and topping it up through the Circuit Laundry website.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Ty Pont Haearn. We are however located on top of an NCP car park (standard costs would apply).

Bike storage
Bike storage is available to the side of Ty Pont Haearn. You will need to collect your key card to access this area. Please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided at Ty Pont Haearn. They are located at the site of the property.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 11am. Your fire assembly point is located at the far end of the footbridge, over the railway line.
