Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob and key on arrival at the property. You can use the fob to access your room and communal areas, whilst the key will give you access to your post box.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
The common room is located in the basement and includes a TV, foosball table and pool table. The common room is available to use at any time.

Study space
There is a dedicated study area in the common room which is available for you to use at any time.

Gym
The gym is located in the basement and is equipped with cardio and weights. You may use the gym at any time and at no extra charge.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room at Walmsley Studios is located in the basement and can be used at any time. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard which is available for you to use.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Walmsley Studios. There is pay and display parking available in the local area.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Walmsley Studios and can be found in the courtyard. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. You will need to register your bike at reception.

Recycling
Walmsley Studios has a secure bin store area where you can drop your refuse and recycling.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is at the corner of St John Street, which is right from the main entrance.
